Responsibilities: Lead the sales team in selling solutions, equipment and business consultancy to the management system, design, workflow), digital presses, large format inkjet printers, management information systems etc; Reports to the President and General Manager, to set the overall sales direction and oversee its implementation; Set individual and team sales targets and prepare sales performance reports to monitor individual and team sales performance. Recommend sales programs, activities and incentive programs across all levels that will encourage and ensure attainment of sales targets; Conceptualize marketing initiatives that will enhance the value of the brands and build brand volume and market share the company is responsible for; Take the lead in the implementation of marketing initiatives and programs; Prepare market studies, industry reviews and competitor updates; Recruit, train, equip and coach the sales team.

Qualifications: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; Success oriented, internally driven, outcome focused, With excellent written and verbal communication skills; Analyses information to identify and define problems, and make decision; With excellent personnel management skills;

Requirements: Graduate of Engineering, Marketing, Business or any related course from a reputable University. With at lest five (5) years experience in solution selling and most preferably from the Graphic Arts/ Printing industry with an in-depth knowledge of the printing process; Proficient in MS office applications; Adept in using both PC and MAC is an advantage.
