We work with a group of Designers and Engineers, all of whom have many years experience designing new homes, condos and commercial establishments as well as traditional house renovation, in Philippines.



It is very important to design a house so that the room layout works both ergonomically and will keep the interior cool. Outside the patios must be positioned to maximize areas of light and shade throughout the day, as in the summer months the majority of time is spent outside.



In contrast stone buildings, be they new or renovated, use traditional building methods and materials, and although they incorporate modern electrics and plumbing, result in a home with a more traditional rustic appearance and ambience.
