Requirements:
-Experience in Chat and Email Support
-Proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel
-Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
-Exposure to leadership and team management is advantage
-Team oriented and self-motivated
-Willing to work in Shifting Schedules


Duties:
-Lead the team to meet and exceed expectations
-Monitors the flow of day to day operations
-Prepare and analyse weekly reports
-Provide documented feedback of the team performance
-Ensures team production
-Develop strategies for the team production processes
-Trains team members and train potential leaders
