Job Qualifications:
Graduate and License Civil Engineer or Architect
With at least 10 year experience in land development and housing project
Required Skills: Project Management, Extensive Construction Experience, Communication Proficiency and Problem Solving Skills
Employment Status: Regular
Work Location: Makati
WORKSCHED: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Salary Range: Starting is P60, 000 (this varies depending on the qualification of the applicant(s) for as long as they came on the same industry specifically – HOUSING and LAND DEVELOPMENT)
Key Responsibilities
The Engineering Manager shall be the overall-in- charge of Land Survey, Planning and Design,
Implementation of
Horizontal and Vertical Projects and all other project undertaken by the department.
Innovates or research best industry practices for possible application.
Coordinates with various consultants for conceptualization/design and working drawing of model houses, amenities, commercial buildings and other structure with consideration to budget, concepts and deadline.
