Project Engineer - Quezon City

•Graduate and License Civil Engineer
•With at least 5 year work experience specializing in horizontal and vertical construction
•Required Skill (s): Project Management, Critical Thinking, Technical Skills, Detail Oriented, Leadership Skills
•WORKSCHED: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
•Employment Status: Regular Employee
•Work Location: Lucena, Quezon Province
•Salary Range: 20,000-23,000

Responsibilities

• Monitors progress of the construction of projects and ensures that all plans and specifications are strictly adhered to and the work is done in the most efficient manner, within budget and time schedule.
• Prepares and reviews programs of works, oversees its progress and ensures that the plans and specifications are being implemented in the most efficient manner.
• Conducts joint inspection with the contractor for the purpose of validating quantities and quality of works for billing preparation purposes.
• Verifies correctness of the billings submitted by Contractors.
• Responsible for the preparation of as-built plans of storm drainage system and water distribution system of completed subdivision projects for turnover to Property Management Group (PMG).
• Responsible for monitoring and preparation of monthly accomplishment reports of projects being handled.
• Submits report immediately to Construction Supervisor or Engineering Manager regarding any problems encountered in the implementation of project so that necessary solutions may be applied immediately to avoid possible occurrence of huge additional expenses.
