Job Qualifications:
•A degree holder of BS Civil Engineering and a board / licensure exam passer.
•With 5-7 years real-estate work experience.
•Advanced knowledge of construction and project management process, methods and strategies.
•Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales process, methods and strategies.
•With leadership and strong decision making skills applicable to construction professionals and on / off site operations.
•With excellent time management skills that produces quality outputs and projects.
•Competent in complying and solving conflict in operations.
•SALARY RANGE: P75,000.00 – P100,000.00
•WORK LOCATIONS: Alabang Muntinlupa City
•WORKSCHED: Mondays - Fridays 8:30 - 6:30pm

Job Description
Overall in charge in the sales and marketing operations and project management in terms of planning, organizing and implementing of projects; oversees the progress of the whole project management in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Enhance collaboration of marketing people and construction professionals as well as instructing and supervising them in achieving a more effective team response to construction activity, schedule and quality assurance on and off-site operations.
•Prepare contracts, negotiate terms of agreements, change or add to contractual agreements with all the marketing and construction professionals involved.
•Schedule the projects in logical steps and execute appropriate construction methods or strategies to meet the required deadlines.
•Ensures that quotas and sales target are met.
•Ensure that all supplies and materials are budgeted, estimated, requested and approved latest prior to site specification, designation, implementation and installation to complete construction projects.
•Ensure and monitor the progress of construction projects until completion and conduct assessment of project quality performance of both projects and construction professionals.
•Evaluate possible risks such as dealing with results of delays, bad weather, emergencies etc. to ensure that proper measures and procedures are being carried out.
•Confer with site personnel, contractors etc. to discuss and solve matters such as complaints and construction problems.
•Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the marketing and construction team.
•Other duties as assigned.
