Job Description:
• Creation of Instructional Materials in short video format.
• Production/Pos-production of instructional video materials through video shoots on/off-site and video editing.
• Preparation of training plan and materials for all topics needed for sales staff – process flow, products details, soft skills.
• Execute training courses
• Testing of sales forces performance and analysis of results to identify areas for improvement or re-training.
• Initiate action steps to improve sales staff performance.
• Coaching (train on the job) sales staff
• Supporting of quality control of sales staff performance.
• Ensure ongoing improvement and developing of training process through basic training facilitation and non-traditional methods (E-Learning/Video Training/ etc)



Qualifications:
• College Degree preferably in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, HR, or related pedagogic fields.
• At least 6 months of experience in face to face adult training or teaching is a MUST
• Advanced knowledge in videography/video capturing
• Advanced knowledge in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro)
• A video sales trainer is required to create video concepts and script content that would directly benefit Sales Training and the Sales department as a whole.
• Knowledgeable in creating and facilitating training modules which directly benefits the Sales department.
• Quality Assurance (but must have experience in basic training/onboarding, coaching, and calibration processes)
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Publisher is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (tracking/reporting)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas and/or Makati
