MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prepares Architectural drawings of detailed engineering design and all necessary technical bidding documents for CAPEX in-house projects in accordance with specified quality cost and time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company.
Monitor, review, check and coordinate with End Users the submitted Contract Drawings, and other technical bidding documents prepared by contractors/ consultants of Bank-financed projects or CAPEX Projects in accordance with specified quality, cost and time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company.
QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
-B.S. Architecture graduate or any Engineering course / or equivalent
At least with one (1) year work experience related in Architectural / Engineering design.
-Possesses analytical and technical competency related to job
