PM Officer (Expert), Electro-Mechanical Design - Quezon City

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Manage the team of consultants commissioned to handle various specialties to ensure delivery of design drawings. The design expert shall;
a.Act as counterpart Design Project Manager as to the Consultant’s Lead in Design Service unit
b.Monitor progress of work and timely completion of deliverables
c.Review and evaluate quality of work and endorse for approval of senior manager
d.Assist/Motivates Consultants to encourage a sound partnership
e.Review, certify process billings of Consultants
f.Accomplish/Submit Consultant Performance Evaluation to Contractor Relations Management
2.Evaluates all technical and bidding documents for risk exposures, and recommends necessary improvements to manage risk in the construction phase by recommending improvements on:
a.Contract Drawings;
b.General Scope of Works;
c.Quantity-Take-Offs;
d.Schedule of Prices and measurement and Payment;
e.Consultant’s Submittals;
f.Technical Evaluation Sheet;
3.Analyze requirements for each project and identify potential risk and critical elements to incorporate on creation of Technical Documents to be issued to all bidders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
•Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
•At least seven (7) years working experience related to Electrical or Mechanical Field
