MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Prepares detailed engineering design of CAPEX projects in accordance with specified quality, cost, time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company by:
a.Preparing of Contract Drawings (Mechanical) for:
i.Offices of Maynilad;
ii.Pumping Stations (above ground and inline booster);
iii.Sewage Interceptor Pump and Lift Stations;
iv.Design and Build Projects;
b.Preparing General Scope of Works, Schedule of Prices and Measurement and Payment (Mechanical) for:
i.Offices of Maynilad;
ii.Inline Booster Pumping Stations;
c.Preparing Quantity-Take-Offs (Mechanical) for:
i.Offices of Maynilad;
ii.Pumping Stations (above ground and inline booster);
iii.Sewage Interceptor Pump and Lift Stations;
iv.Design and Build Projects;
d.Finalizing the Quantity-Take-Offs of items with Specialization (Outside PMD):
i.Safety Quantity-Take-Offs for Offices;
ii.Safety Quantity-Take-Offs for Pumping Stations (above ground and inline booster);
iii.Safety Quantity-Take-Offs for Sewage Interceptor Pump and Lift Stations;
iv.Safety Quantity-Take-Offs for Design and Build Projects;
v.Automation and Instrumentation Quantity-Take-Offs for Booster Pumping Stations (above ground and inline booster);
vi.Automation and Instrumentation Quantity-Take-Offs for Sewage Interceptor Pump and Lift Stations;
vii.Automation and Instrumentation Quantity-Take-Offs for Design and Build Projects;
e.Reviewing the outputs (Bid Documents) of the Consultants;
f.Routing the submittals of the Consultant to the different offices of Maynilad;
g.Participating in the joint review session for the Bidding Documents with different units of PMD Engineering and the End Users;
2.Prepares of the Addendums (Mechanical) during the bidding process;
3.Prepares Construction Drawings (Mechanical);
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
•Licensed Mechanical Engineer
•With at least one (1) year experience related to mechanical design
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
•Possesses analytical and technical competency related to job
•Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software applications.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Autocad skill is an advantage
