JOB DESCRIPTION
· Accesses client accounts by recording account information
· Provides team effort by accomplishing needed tasks
· Allures clients by answering product and service questions; suggests information about other products/services
· Resolves client complains by clarifying service/product problems; analyzing the root cause of the problem, giving the best solution to solve the problem

QUALIFICATIONS
Completed at least 2 years of college education of any course
Minimum 6 months relevant work experience gained in an international call center
Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications & the internet
Willing to work in shifts
Willing to work in Libis, QC and Alabang
