Job Qualifications
•Education : Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
•Experience : 1 year experience related in field or the likes
•Training : Management and Manpower Supervision related trainings, preferred
•Skills : Communication, writing, interpersonal, supervisory
•SALARY RANGE: Around expected salary
•WORK LOCATION BASE: Office base
•WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm
Basic Function
Primary responsible for the implementation of construction processes.
Reports to:
Operations Manager
Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, Aerial photography and other topographical or geological data to plan projects.
2. Monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
3. Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
4. Direct construction operation and maintenance of activities at project site.
5. Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that calculations are accurate for the work.
6. Supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors.
7. Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
8. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
9. Attend meetings relative to the projects.
10. Estimate, request for procurement and monitor release of materials needed in the project.
11. Monitor costing to ensure profit for the company.
12. Prepare and submit to the Project Manager daily for the next days activities.
