IMMEDIATE NEED ADMIN SUPERVISOR FOR AUTOMOTIVE.
SALARY: 25-30,000.
LOCATION: QUEZON CITY.
QUALIFICATION(S):
Manages and Provides direction on day to day operations in maintaining the building and grounds.
Develops and execute maintenance plans and schedule.
Inspects and ensures that maintenance is carried out in an efficient matter.
Coordinates work assignment among maintenance personnel and contracts and reviews backlogged work to ensure that all assignment are completed.
Overseas the scheduling, maintenance and monitoring of all air conditioning, water, electric and other systems to ensure efficient operations.
Monitoring processing and renewals of business and government permit.
Knowledgeable in processing fleet card and experience in handling car enrollment documentation is an advantage.
Preferably Female with an age of 35 to 45 years old.
